The Line Up at Wai Kai is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Custodial Technicians to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of one of West O?ahu's premier waterfront destinations. This role is essential to ensuring our guests and team members experience a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment every day.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of The Line Up grounds and facilities
• Sweep, clean, and maintain outdoor and indoor areas to keep spaces clean and orderly
• Dispose of trash and empty receptacles regularly throughout the property
• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms and showers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including custodial work areas and equipment
• Operate, clean, and service custodial equipment as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaning agents, tools, and equipment
• Follow proper procedures for the safe use of cleaning agents and chemicals
• Identify and report safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department
• Support overall property operations by assisting with additional custodial or facilities-related tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous custodial or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Working knowledge of custodial methods, materials, and equipment
• Comfortable handling cleaning agents, chemicals, and custodial tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional in a guest-facing environment

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• This is a physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
