Overview
Caregiver role at Perkins American Food Co. (franchisee-operated)
What You’ll Do As a Caregiver- Offer companionship & emotional support (just like you do at home)
- Help with light housekeeping & meal prep (your skills are already top-notch)
- Assist with errands & transportation (paid mileage included)
- Provide medication reminders & personal care assistance
- Engage in activities like puzzles, reading, or short walks
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional—raising a family counts)
- A heart for helping others and a compassionate nature
- Ability to pass an employment background check
- Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, but can obtain after hiring)
- Two-step TB test (preferred, but can obtain after hiring)
- Competitive pay – up to $28/hr
