Overview

TEKsystems is seeking professional candidates for a Bank Teller opportunity with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Mililani, HI 96789 area.

To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client, including depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts), lending products, and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance and training to lower level team members.

• 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, cash handling, customer service
• Cash handling experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required

• Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
• Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications
• Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
• Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
• Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration
• Perform platform banking functions

• Full-time / 40 hours per week
• Must be available Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:00am-1:30pm
• Could be expected to work 2-3 Saturdays a month depending on business need

This is a Contract position based out of Ewa Beach, HI.

The pay range is $19.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include the following:
