What You’ll Do:

With all the numbers and forecasts and spreadsheets flying around the accounting department every day, we need someone to manage all day‑to‑day activities. As the Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for educating associates on corporate policy, reviewing the work of accounting associates, and much more.

Here’s a more in-depth look at what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:

• Communicate and train properties on Accounting Procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of night audit work through Excel spreadsheets and web‑based applications.
• Assist properties in the reconciliation and billing of city ledger accounts.
• Trace all credit card /cash deposits from PMS system to each bank account on a daily basis. Research any missing deposits or shortages.

We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or a similar field. You also at least 5 years’ supervisory experience in accounting/finance. Previous experience in hotels is preferred. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and are able to positively and professionally communicate directives and guidance to your department.
