As a Telesales Executive (Patient Support Advisor), you will be part of our Marketing & Growth team, focusing exclusively on weight loss medication enquiries. Your primary responsibility is to speak with individuals exploring our clinically supervised programmes, understand their goals, and guide them through the early stages of enrolment and then repeat order processing.
You will manage both inbound enquiries and outbound follow‑up calls, ensuring every potential patient receives a supportive, professional, and reassuring experience. Your goal is to convert leads into weight loss medication programme enrolments, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable to proceed.
This position requires close collaboration with:
- The Marketing Team — for lead feedback, campaign insights and optimisation.
- The Clinical Team — to ensure smooth handover and onboarding into the medication programme.
- Operations — to ensure a seamless patient experience once enrolled.
- Pharmacy Team – ensuring patient medications are dispensed and delivered efficiently and on‑time.
- Manage inbound and outbound telesales calls to drive patient enrolment into our weight loss medication programmes.
- Manage efficient written communication with patients via email, SMS & Whats App.
- Deliver a consultative, empathetic conversation style to understand patient motivations, needs, and expectations.
- Clearly explain programme structure, pricing, clinical supervision, timelines, and eligibility requirements.
- Convert leads into sales and book for initial video consultations.
- Build strong rapport and ongoing communication with potential patients through their decision‑making journey.
- Ensure optimal ‘continuation’ communications with patients, maximising repeat business revenue.
- Use Pipedrive (CRM System) to manage your pipeline, record all activity, schedule follow‑ups, and maintain accurate data quality.
- Work alongside the Marketing Team to provide insight into lead quality and patient behaviour trends, supporting continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Achieve sales and performance targets while maintaining Streamline’s patient‑first values and compliance standards.
- To undertake any other duties which are applicable to the role.
- Proven telesales, telephone‑based sales, or consultative selling experience.
- Ideally, experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetics, dental, pharmacy, or wellness‑focused sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a supportive, ethical environment.
- Experience using CRM systems — Pipedrive experience highly advantageous.
- Confident handling sensitive weight‑related conversations with empathy and discretion.
- IT literate with insight reporting capabilities.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a busy follow‑up pipeline.
- Experience selling health programmes, medically supervised services, surgery or weight management products.
- Understanding of weight loss medication pathways (full training provided).

- Base salary starting from £25,000 per annum (based on experience and skills) + Commission
- Annual leave starts on 25‑days per year, which increases with length of service (excluding bank holidays)
