Role overview: As a Retail Team Member, you'll be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You'll maintain high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers. You may also discuss how purchases help fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
