– REGISTERED MANAGER – EVESHAM AREA – LEADING SUPPORTED LIVING CHARITY
Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care and supported living services in the Evesham area.
The Registered Manager in Evesham will:
 
* Lead established staff teams across multiple sites.
 
* Hold registration for a registered care setting.
 
* Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
 
* Implementing person centred support across the services.
The Registered Manager in Evesham will need:
 
* Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
 
* Level 5 Health and Social Care.
 
* Experience of leading care and support teams as a deputy manager or team leader level.
 
* Excellent knowledge of CQC fundamental standards.
 
* Ideally held registration but not essential.
