• Supporting & troubleshooting specialist ERP system & related business systems
• Collaborate with ERP team to help implement new updates
• Documentation
• Work with users and developers to deliver system improvements, supporting data migration, testing, and training.
• Managing ERP system accounts
• System checks
• Report building

• Experience with ERP system and similar role
• IT systems experience
• Knowledge of SaaS migration
• M365 certifications
• Reporting experience in SSRS, Power BI or similar would be desirable
