Salary: £90-105 per day

We're on the lookout for innovative and proactive Teaching Assistants eager to join dynamic classrooms in/ around Evesham. You'll be welcomed friendly team, where you'll work together with like‑minded colleagues to foster an environment where every child feels happy, safe and supported.

• Support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils
• Implement agreed work programs with individuals and groups of children
• Promote a positive 'can do' classroom, encouraging independence, confidence, self‑belief and kindness

• A genuine interest in helping children engage, learn and achieve their full potential
• Adaptable, approachable and reliable
• A sense of humour – laughter makes any situation better!
• Previous UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children. We're happy to discuss your individual aspirations
• Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including , DBS and referencing checks
