We are seeking Lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels as part of our BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility is required to deliver on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

• Plan, deliver and assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met.
• Develop, update and improve course materials.
• Use a variety of learning and teaching methods and materials.
• Actively engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties.
• Stay up to date with developments in the field and student support practices.
• Work toward objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression.

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in a related subject area.
• Extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
• Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
• Accurate reporting and organised record‑keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.

• Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or commitment to enrol during probationary period). Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy or international equivalent.
• Experience designing/developing academic or professional education programmes or equivalent.
