I opened my agency in 2001 after spending many years in various roles with State Farm corporate, bringing more than 30 years of State Farm experience into agency ownership. Our team of five operates with a strong family-first mindset and a laid-back, supportive atmosphere where people genuinely care about one another. Our office hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., reinforcing our belief that family and personal life should always come first. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
