The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations in the assigned functional area, ensuring compliance with maintenance program requirements and inspection procedures as set by the air carrier’s program and the applicable inspection procedures manual. The Supervisor provides training and development for mechanics.

• Provides supervision, guidance, and prioritization for a multi‑specialty team within ATS requirements.
• Ensures all work, including subcontractors, is performed in an airworthy manner and complies with approved technical data.
• Uses the customer package to ensure proper maintenance planning and execution, applying FAA disproportional & customer requirements.
• Supervises the maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alteration of aircraft or parts; approves and returns them to service盗.
• Coordinates communication with Leads and crew as needed for safety, planning, and quality.
• Validates material on order and coordinates with internal support organizations to ensure delivery of necessary products and services.
• Coordinates Engineering priorities and works with the Engineering Dept to support aircraft delivery milestones.
• Keeps assigned areas clean, audit‑ready, identifies hazards, and ensures compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensuresynie on‑time delivery and adjusts aircraft delivery schedules new Кат.
• Reviews routine and non‑routine labor hours prior to exceeding allotted estimated hours.
• Coordinates maintenance labor requirements across skill sets and ensures efficient resource utilization.
