Overview
The Coordinated Entry Navigator is responsible for linking young adults, ages 18-24, who are at risk for or experiencing homelessness to appropriate services and housing programs within Snohomish County. Based out of the Young Adult Housing department, the Navigators perform case management and resource connection for young adults experiencing homeless and enrolled in Snohomish County’s Coordinated Entry (CE) system. This includes helping young adults to enroll in Coordinated Entry system, in addition to other outreach and engagement activities both inside and outside of the agency.
The Coordinated Entry Navigator assists with linkage to needed services and institutions and advocates on behalf of the young adults. This includes, but is not limited to: crisis intervention, meeting emergent needs, providing information and advocacy, completing and/or coordinating needs assessments, brokering for services and providing follow up with youth. Cocoon House is committed to continually growing in our equity, diversity, and inclusion journey, and candidates with lived experience or who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
We will also provide reasonable accommodation to qualified persons with disabilities upon request.
