Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Family Support
Worker to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team. The FRC is part of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multicultural parenting resources, support groups, and early childhood services. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, connect with others, and engage in their communities. As a Family Support Worker, you will assist families by conducting intake assessments, creating tailored workshops, and developing family support plans to ensure ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments using FRC-approved tools and screening measures.
  • Develop culturally sensitive, strengths-based family support plans that reflect individual needs and preferences.
  • Create and implement innovative interventions to support individuals and families.
  • Lead workshops and groups as assigned, and respond to requests from families and community stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain community partnerships and collaborate with administrative staff to address operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Hourly Rate

$21.48 - $21.48 USD
