Responsibilities:

• Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
• Showcase GMC vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and answering customer inquiries.
• Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.
• Stay updated on the latest GMC models, industry trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry (though not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with automotive financing and dealership processes is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
