Majestic, a division of Bunzl and a leader in the safety products industry, is seeking a National Key Account Manager
. The National Key Account Manager will execute, with direction from the VP of Sales, the overall strategy for growing the industrial safety business with key account partners. This position will assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive sales plan for key account partners. This position has national responsibility for company growth with key accounts in the industrial safety market.

Responsibilities- Manage current portfolio of key accounts
- Establish strong, productive relationships with key contacts and decision makers
- Utilize a team of Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness within key accounts
- Communicate key account sales structure and contacts to Regional Sales Managers
- Establish sales targets and goals for each key account
- Create and execute an effective corporate growth strategy and tailor the program for each account
- Conduct monthly or quarterly meetings with the VP of Sales with updates on progress
- Conduct regular reviews of product offering and present new products as necessary
- Negotiate and implement price structures as required
Act as a liaison between key accounts and company management team - Grow territory with top-line and bottom-line results
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, Business or related field preferred - Must have 5+ years of outside sales experience in the safety market
- Ability to effectively plan weekly and daily activity directed towards targeted sales opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow-through and follow-up
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify and prioritize key initiatives
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong results orientation and sense of urgency
- High level of personal accountability
- Competitive, driven, and has a desire to win
- Ability to travel overnight (approx. 50% travel)
Majestic WA salary range: $70K - $120K plus commission eligibility based on experience, education and geographic location
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available to employees and eligible dependents starting the first day of the month after 30 days of employment (unless otherwise specified by a collective bargaining agreement).
- 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match of $0.75 per $1.00 contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay

, including:- 10 vacation days and 2 personal days annually (prorated in the first year based on hire date).
- 48 hours of sick leave per year
