Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Founded in 2015, Flynn has become the second largest Panera franchisee worldwide. We operate a decentralized model with Market Leaders, Area Directors, General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Managers overseeing café operations.

Our Panera Bread cafés are upscale, friendly spaces featuring baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. No late nights – we focus on artisan breads and a grease‑and‑alcohol‑free environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise up to 75 staff members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide outstanding leadership and inspire team members.
• Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and safety.
• Perform shift organization, labor management, scheduling, ordering, marketing, facilities management, bakery operations, and catering.
• Manage budget, control costs, and analyze sales to drive profitability.
• Serve as the primary conduit of information between associates and management.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet staffing levels and company guidelines.
• Engage in customer service, greet customers, perform table visits, and resolve associate questions.
• Serve as the primary specialist for bakery‑cafe operations, ensuring proper training for all associates.

• At least 2–3 years of hospitality management experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Food Management Certifications a plus.
• “Run it Like You Own It” mentality.

• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
