We’re excited to welcome a Leasing Sales Consultant to join our team at Waterfront Place, a luxury apartment community located on Everett’s stunning waterfront.

GLPM manages for our partner affiliate, GL Capital Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm operating across the Western U.S. Guided by our brand promises, we lead with integrity, foster connections that matter, and put people first—always.

This is a full-time, weekends required, on-site position offering strong commission potential. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll do more than lease apartments—you’ll help create a community where residents feel seen, supported, and inspired to stay.

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging tours, and share what makes Waterfront Place unique.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in with professionalism and care.
• Build relationships that foster trust, resident retention, and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records, lease documentation, and resident files.
• Support community operations, working closely with the Community Manager to achieve occupancy goals.
• Embody the GLPM values of Integrity, Community, Synergy, Responsibility, and Care in every interaction.

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, or sales.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• A passion for customer service and creating meaningful resident experiences.
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata experience is a plus).
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Pay: $22–$24/hour + generous leasing commissions.
