Role
Summary:
Nurse America is seeking experienced and adaptable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a Critical Care Float Pool in Everett, WA. This high-impact role supports multiple acute care units, offering an exciting and dynamic opportunity for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Position Overview
Float Pool RNs play a crucial role in ensuring uninterrupted, quality patient care across the hospital. You'll bring your expertise to a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Emergency Boarders, Locked Psych, and Long-Term Care. Flexibility and critical thinking are key to success in this role.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care across a variety of inpatient units
- Support short-staffed teams with confidence and adaptability
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care
- Respond to changing patient conditions and adapt plans quickly
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Active and unrestricted Washington RN License or Compact RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
