Role
Summary:
Nurse America is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Everett, WA. This opportunity allows you to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in a supportive environment while working with one of the top regional medical centers in Washington State.
What You'll Do:
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in General Medicine (Med Surg Psych).
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and patients' families to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards.
- Support a culture of excellence, compassion, and patient advocacy.
- Active Washington RN License (or Compact state license)
- BLS Certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
