Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel contract in Everett, WA. Provide skilled homecare nursing across Snohomish County; HCHB and home health experience preferred.
Job Details- Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (Homecare RN) – Travel Nurse
- Location: Everett, WA 98203 (serving Snohomish County, Washington)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Home health travel job)
- Start Date: March 9, 2026
- End Date: June 7, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,370 – $2,500
- On-call/Weekend Requirements: None
- Territory: Snohomish County — home health visits across Everett and surrounding communities
- Productivity: Minimum 6 patient visits per day
- EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Washington RN or Nurse Licensure Compact preferred)
- At least 1 year of recent nursing experience; home health nursing or homecare RN experience preferred
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar home health EMR
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as a home health nurse and manage caseloads across Snohomish County
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community/home visits
- Provide skilled nursing care and clinical assessments to patients in their homes throughout Everett and Snohomish County
- Complete a minimum of 6 patient visits per day as a home health RN
- Accurately document all care and patient encounters using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Perform skilled nursing tasks, medication management, wound care, and patient assessments
- Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive homecare plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, disease management, and safety in the home setting
- Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and agency standards for home health services
- Work as a valued Homecare RN in a supportive team focused on quality patient-centered care
- Hands-on home health experience across Everett, WA and Snohomish County communities
