Supported Employment Case Manager

Summary

Provides Supported Employment services to individuals enrolled in the Bridgeways Employment Services Program, including regular outreach in the individual’s community. Assists referred individuals in development of treatment/recovery plan, vocational assessment, resume’, job carving, job development, internet job searches, interview skills, obtaining and maintaining employment consistent with plan. Addresses perceived barriers to employment and increased behavioral health symptomology related to stress while collaborating for successful job placement and job retention.

Pay: $27.65 - $29.70/ hour
