Intensive Care Clinical Nurse Specialist

Overview

Clinical Nurse Specialist – Education – Neonatal ICU (CNS) in Everett, Washington. Full-time | Onsite. Relocation possible for the ideal candidate.

• Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and mentorship to NICU nursing staff.
• Lead education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Influence outcomes by implementing best practices and systems improvements.
• Act as a resource to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring evidence-based neonatal care.

• Master’s, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or PhD from an accredited CNS program (CCNE or NLNAC) or current enrollment in such a program, or an equivalent Master’s/Doctoral degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
• Active Washington RN license (or eligible upon hire).
• BLS (AHA) upon hire.
• 3+ years of RN experience in NICU (area of specialty).

• Current Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification.
• 2+ years of clinical leadership experience.
• Licensed RN in WA (or willing to obtain) and Master’s or higher in Nursing (CNS focus preferred).
• NICU experience and leadership/education experience preferred.
