- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years full time experience practicing as a registered nurse in a Long Term Care, Medical/Surgical Unit, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility
- 1 year recent, hands-on technical clinical experience in a Medicare-certified Homecare or Hospice agency doing intermittent visits and case management
- Recent hands-on experience in wound care, venipuncture, ostomy, catheters, and feeding tubes
- Rehab nursing experience
- Experience working with an EMR system
- Experience with office software programs including Outlook, Word, and/or Excel

The base pay range is listed; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
