- Triage, assess, and treat patients presenting with various conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
- Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions and post-emergency care instructions.
- Maintained detailed and accurate patient records and ensured all procedures complyed with healthcare regulations.
- Active RN license in Washington.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing is preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and provide care for multiple patients at once.
