Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ExpressCare

Join the Providence Express Care, Everett, Washington team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As a mission‑based, community‑focused service, our clinics provide the perfect work‑life balance with a 3‑day week schedule. Express Care serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments. There is plenty of variety in our services which demand critical thinking and clinic‑based procedures that providers engage with every day.

Express Care also offers a more predictable day with a schedule of thirty twenty‑minute appointments in a 12‑hour period. Although this position offers autonomy in practice with a single provider model supported by a medical assistant, there is a large support structure in place with a larger team connected virtually. The generous compensation package includes the potential for a productivity incentive.

Ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and embrace opportunities to respond to community needs as they arise. • 3 days‑per‑week, full‑time schedule
• Both in‑office and virtual visits throughout each shift
• Health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401(k) and malpractice insurance is provided
• Compensation is between $136,928 and $186,781 per year
• Compensation includes base salary, quality incentives and productivity bonus
• Extra shift incentives and CME benefits are also available
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Express Care is part of the Providence Clinical Network (PCN), which provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer‑centric, connected focus. The Providence Express Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same‑day care options that are easily accessible across the state of Washington. By building out a network for ambulatory care across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs.
