Requirements to apply- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (active upon hire)
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Current BLS through American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric care
- Experience working with frail and elderly populations
