Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Acute Care Fellowship. The RN Fellow will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands‑on learning. This position starts March 23, 2026

Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
- One (1) year nursing experience (new to specialty)
- National certification in area of specialty upon hire

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
