Product Assembler Technician

Responsibilities

• As an Assembly Technician, your mission includes:
• Assembling complex products using a variety of tool.
• Pass qualification test and perform soldering/brazing of HVAC type systems.
• Able to follow strict assembly instructions, both verbal and written.
• Effectively communicating issues, delays, and data trends with supervisors and peers.
• Actively contributing to our regular FBS routines, including Daily Scheduling, Visual Management participation, Kaizen participation, and insightful problem solving.

• Prior experience with complex assembly procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Capable interpretive skills for technical documents and standard work instructions.
• Experience using various hand tools.
• Ideally, you also have (preferred but not required):
• Prior experience with hand torches a plus.
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
• EPA certification a plus
