** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure accurate and timely production
* Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet specifications
* Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic maintenance on plant systems
* Communicate with drivers and team members to support efficient workflow
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
** What We Are Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
* Ability to work independently and make sound, safety-focused decisions
* Comfort working in fast-paced and variable outdoor environments
* Reliable communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to following operational and safety protocols
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
