Pay: $22.65/hr on W2!

Shift : 1st Shift (5:00AM - 1:30PM, Monday - Friday May require flexibility dependent on the needs of the business)

Job Description

Collins Aerospace is looking for a high energy, dynamic team member for a Materials role to support sustaining business for the Cabin Integration value stream at Collins Everett, WA facility. The successful candidate will provide critical support following inventory procedures. In this position you will be reporting to the Logistics Supervisor. Performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control and WIP in accordance with established procedures.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. You will collaborate across departments, ensuring alignment between manufacturing processes (MPs), work instructions, and material handling processes. Your contributions will support a seamless workflow and compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in continuous improvement efforts through CORE principles, driving innovation and excellence in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the planning team for proper execution of work orders.

• Prepare work order kits with a high level of accuracy.

• Maintain records and keep documents of necessary work orders based on requirements.

• Use of material handling equipment to include screw guns, tape measures, etc.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

• Always maintains a positive and professional demeanor by discussing issues with management to ensure good morale is maintained.

• Perform related duties as required within the scope of this job function.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent

• Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided

• US Person

• Obtain forklift certification if required

• Computer skills to include data entry of issuing materials, goods movements, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables).

• Manufacturing industry experience

• Previous materials experience
