Production Associate

Smart Talent is seeking detail-oriented Production Associate's to operate equipment, complete finishing tasks, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with our client in Everett, WA. This role involves hands-on work with printers, cutters, and laminators, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.

SCHEDULE:

Day

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm

Swing

Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 1:30am

Weekend

Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 7pm

PAY: $22 - $24 Depending on shift

Advancement Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, cutters, laminators, and related equipment.

• Read and interpret work orders; perform quality checks before and after production.

• Execute finishing tasks including laminating, mounting, cutting, and vinyl weeding.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members and report on equipment or production issues.

• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Assist other departments as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with high quality and productivity standards.

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 50+ lbs.

• Visual ability to read instructions and inspect products.

• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
