PositionSummary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all equipment within the Everett, WA production plant. This role works closely with production leadership to maintain smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mechanical and technical expertise to maintain production equipment and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot, report, and resolve technical or operational equipment issues.
- Perform necessary repairs, adjustments, and modifications to equipment.
- Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment for on-site maintenance.
- Assist with equipment installation and facility upgrades.
- Support safe, high-quality production standards that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Follow all General Safety Communication Program guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to suggest and implement improvements to equipment and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to production team members.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and basic ladder logic.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and positive attitude.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, self-motivated, and capable of independent work.
- Frequent use of hand tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
- Work performed in a production plant environment with exposure to loud noise and dust.
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- Medical and vision coverage
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 pm–7:00 am
