We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Materials Specialist to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting inventory control and WIP (Work-in-Progress) activities in alignment with established procedures. You'll work closely with planning, manufacturing, and materials handling teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure timely and accurate execution of work orders
- Prepare and issue work order kits with high precision and completeness
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of work orders and material movement
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, screw guns, tape measures)
- Maintain a professional and collaborative attitude, actively contributing to team morale
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using CORE principles
- Perform additional duties within the scope of materials and inventory functions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided
- Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already held
- Basic computer skills including data entry for material movements
- Experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or materials environment
- Familiarity with inventory and material handling best practices
