1 Material Coordinator needed for Launch Teams at PAE in Everett, WA. Primary job responsibilities will be to assist the 145 Repair Station with maintaining customers inventory control, ensuring production has the required items to complete work and assist with procurement as required.
Oversee and be responsible for the flow of material needed on multiple projects, including receipt, storage, and distribution. Work directly with the onsite customer and/or their appointed designee to request parts for procurement and provide updates to both procurement and production teams to ensure accurate accounting of all material, parts, tooling, consumables, and supplies.
Common duties include:- Managing inventory, scheduling deliveries, ordering, receiving materials, part pickups, shipping materials, issuing stock and attending scheduled meetings to provide material updates.
