** Job Description
** Oversee and organize the equipment, direct team/staff, and processes on a production floor related to direct team. Oversee routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problems arise. Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing employees to meet the objectives set by the Operations Manager.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Lead the team to meet the build plan daily.
* Lead Tier 1 meeting and resolve issues or escalate to Tier
2. Attend Tier 2 daily.
* Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
* Continuously seek areas for improvement and to lead kaizens.
* Cell replenishment, and cell bin sizing (with strider).
* Inventory signaling, material put away, kanban box execution, identify potential shortages and other items owned by striders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, and logistics) to optimize daily production.
* Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve operational issues related to your direct team.
* Monitor workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
* Address any quality-related issues promptly.
* Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to keep machinery functional.
* Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and perform any required safety reporting.
* Uphold 5S standards and lead 5S projects.
* Temp management including opening roles, working with temp agencies.
* Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
* Responsible for cross training and the training process.
** Leadership Responsibilities
*** Lead and motivate production staff, including operators and technicians.
* Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and address performance issues.
* Organize training opportunities to enhance team skills.
* Manage and direct factory team members including operators, team leads, and repair technicians across multiple shifts.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective performance.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, preferred, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in leading people, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment.
* Ability to influence others to accomplish work tasks and achieve results.
* Analytical mindset for process optimization.
* Effective communication, conflict resolution, and objective judgement are critical to success in this role.
