Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (plus performance bonuses)
The MissionWe are looking for a powerhouse leader to helm our Plumbing Division. As the Plumbing Manager, you aren’t just overseeing pipes and permits; you are scaling a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every residential project meets our gold standard for quality. You will have full departmental P&L responsibility, from budgeting and resource allocation to technician mentorship and customer satisfaction.
Key Impact AreasTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of plumbers and apprentices. You’ll foster a culture of safety, professional growth, and accountability.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the master schedule for installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will manage dispatching and on-call rotations to ensure 100% coverage and efficiency.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the departmental budget, monitor project expenditures, and drive strategies to increase revenue while reducing callbacks and warranty costs.
Quality & Compliance: Act as the technical authority on local and state codes. You’ll perform regular quality audits and ensure all necessary permits are secured and closed.
Client Relations: Translate complex plumbing needs into clear proposals for clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and exceeded from estimate to invoice.

Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of progressive experience in plumbing management or a senior supervisory role.
Licensing: Current Plumbing License/Certification is required.
Technical
Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience managing departmental budgets/P&L.
Education: High School Diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
