The candidate will be responsible for leading the property accounting function for over 160 self-storage properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing a team of accounting professionals. Success in this role requires a strong background in GAAP, the ability to foster a strong service culture, and experience with accounting systems such as Net Suite.
