The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the community’s common areas and assist in the cleaning and turnover of vacant units.

• Assure that all exterior walks and stairs surrounding the buildings are free of hazards. Assist in maintaining all storage and maintenance shops.
• Clean rooms, offices, laundry facilities, hallways, lobbies, lounges, bathrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other assigned areas.
• Check the common areas, parking lots, trash enclosures, playground areas, pool areas and other related areas for cleanliness throughout the day.
• Transport trash to disposal areas. Replenish bathroom supplies, replace light bulbs, use a broom, mop and carpet cleaning machine.
• Operate a blower and high pressure hoses to assist in cleaning walkway, stairways and parking areas as assigned.
• Assist in trashing out vacant apartments.

• Previous experience in maintenance/make ready or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

• $19.00-$21.00 Per Hour

• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday

• Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
