This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our business hours are 6am-6pm. Our warehouse schedules are staggered. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year. Compensation starting between $20-25/hr depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus.

This position is performed at our Everett location, with occasional part and equipment runs to and from our Tukwila shop.

• Work with coordination team to ensure HVAC and electrical jobs are staged properly in our warehouse for efficient loading in the mornings.
• Help with inventory, purchasing, and receiving material and equipment. Stocking and cleaning warehouse, delivering parts to job sites.
• Engage in client and team member discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond knowledge base.

• Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.
• Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required, with additional training provided.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
