Job Summary
OFFICE COFFEE ROUTE DRIVER – full time position.
Location:
Canteen, 607 Riverside Road Suite 130, Everett, WA 98201.
Schedule:
Full time, days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Requirement: No previous experience required.
Pay Range: $27.09 per hour to $31.88 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. All Canteen driving roles may include commission eligibility.

- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment.
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines and report defective equipment to the designated maintenance or technician dispatcher.
- Ensure the truck is properly loaded with all products required to service scheduled machines before each day’s route.
- Inform regular clients of new products or services, listen to and resolve service complaints.
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
- Account for all receipts of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation per District procedures.
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner and other duties as assigned.
- 3 years driving experience required.
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state), ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
- Preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
- Able to work independently, responsible for route, and work unsupervised most of the workday.
