We handle litigation that requires focus, follow-through, and collaboration at a high level. This role is designed for a paralegal who enjoys managing cases from start to finish, working closely with experienced attorneys, and contributing meaningfully to outcomes that matter to clients. We are seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our litigation practice with excellence, professionalism, and confidence.
- Manage litigation case files from intake through resolution
- Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Coordinate court filings, deadlines, hearings, and litigation calendars
- Organize, review, and summarize discovery and evidentiary materials
- Assist with depositions, mediations, settlement preparation, and trial support
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case flow
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid legal writing and document-drafting ability
- Confidence in managing deadlines and multiple active cases
- Professional judgment, discretion, and clear communication skills
- Takes ownership of your work and follows through
- Enjoys working collaboratively with attorneys and legal teams

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000
