About the Role

We are looking for an onsite Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across the company. This role focuses on filling roles efficiently, building pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we hire candidates who can be successful in our environment.

You will:
  • Source and recruit candidates through Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and database searches
  • Write and post job ads and align candidate profiles to role requirements
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle: screenings, interviews, prep, debriefs, and offers
  • Track and maintain pipelines in Greenhouse (or similar ATS) to improve time-to-fill
  • Share updates, insights, and process improvements with the team
  • Uphold and model our values: accountability, continuous learning, and finding a way
You have:
  • Experience sourcing, recruiting, or supporting hiring teams
  • Ability to move with urgency, take ownership, and produce results
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfort working in a structured process and using tools like Linked In Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • A focus on creating a positive candidate experience
Pay

$30-$36 hourly
