- Lead and manage the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and payroll.
- Oversee employee evaluation program
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop reports to manage data from all HR representatives
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs that enhance employee skills.
- Conduct audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
- Lead efforts to promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Report to senior management on personnel performance, trends, and HR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Extensive experience with ADP platforms, including payroll and HRIS modules
- 7-10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
