Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ADP systems and functionality
  • Lead and manage the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and payroll.
  • Oversee employee evaluation program
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop reports to manage data from all HR representatives
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs that enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Lead efforts to promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Report to senior management on personnel performance, trends, and HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **Extensive experience with ADP platforms, including payroll and HRIS modules
  • 7-10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
