Independence Rehab is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, Washington

You'll work with a geriatric population in a skilled nursing and transitional care setting
, helping patients regain the skills needed for daily independence.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing ADL retraining and functional task practice
- Teaching adaptive techniques and use of assistive equipment
- Transfer training and mobility-related safety strategies
- Fall prevention and environmental safety education
- Treating medically complex patients recovering from illness or hospitalization
- Supervising and collaborating with a COTA as needed
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning with PT, speech therapy, nursing, and facility staff
- Supporting discharge planning and safe return home when appropriate
