Location: Everett, Washington (Field-Based / Snohomish County)
Compensation: $75,000 – $82,500 Annual Salary (Part-Time / Exempt)
Sign-On Bonus: Generous Sign-on Bonus available
Schedule: 24+ Hours Per Week (Minimum 3 days) | Including rotating weekends/holidays

In this salaried, exempt role, you are a mobile clinical leader. Partnered with an on‑site Paramedic or EMT, you will deliver sophisticated, high‑acuity medical interventions directly to patients—providing a high‑quality, evidence‑based alternative to inpatient hospitalization.

- Advanced Diagnostics: Order and interpret rapid labs and portable imaging to manage multi‑morbid patients in real‑time.
- Clinical Excellence: Manage patients with acute medical needs using evidence‑based protocols and real‑time EMR documentation.
- Licensure: Active Washington State ARNP or PA‑C license.
- Experience: 2+ years in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Urgent Care (Required).
- Certifications: Board Certification and active DEA registration.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a passion for sophisticated, field‑based clinical work.
