Position: Exercise Specialist / PT Aide - Everett

The Position

Our Exercise Specialists are integral to our company, assisting patients with exercise plans and modalities while driving the patient experience and building relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with an undergraduate degree who want clinical experience before pursuing PT/OT school or another medical program. With 35+ locations, we provide global and regional collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
  • Experience in a customer‑facing position
  • Knowledge and ability to demonstrate body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
  • Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, pulling, pushing, and prolonged standing.
  • Lifting 35 lbs. from the floor to chest level.
  • Demonstrate exercises such as jumping, balancing on one leg, shoulder rotations, and use of exercise bands.
  • Properly transfer patients using good body mechanics while maintaining safety.
  • Must work at an IRG facility and be responsible for transportation to and from the site.
  • Potential exposure to viruses, diseases, and infections from patients.
  • Perform custodial duties with medical‑grade cleaning products, including cleaning bathrooms, laundry, and disinfecting equipment.
  • Work extended periods at a video display terminal, requiring keyboard use.
Pay & Benefits Information

Base salary: $18.77–$20 per hour depending on experience and location of clinic.
