Shift7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 10 months of Case Management experience.
- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional DetailsAll positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract – no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
- If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one‑time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Shift & SchedulingWeekends required:
Yes – every other weekend.
Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes – will work in all areas of the hospital including Colby and Pacific Campus’s (less than 2 miles from each other).
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2.
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) – required for submission.
