: prepare and drape patients, ensure sterile field maintenance, pass instruments and implants with accuracy and speed, count sponges, needles, and instruments, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, handle specialized equipment, assist with specimen labeling and transport, and help with room turnover to minimize delays between cases.
