Overview
The Senior Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients. The responsibilities of the clinical pharmacist will predominantly fall into the following areas:
- Patient Care - The Senior Clinical Pharmacist provides collaborative practice services in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Population Management - The Senior Clinical Pharmacist may utilize registries for chronic diseases and reports/tools to identify target populations/patients and enhance therapeutic outcomes through disease/medication education and drug therapy optimization.

- Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Coursework/Training Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent education/experience
- Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License - Within 2 years of hire:
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties (Facility Managed) - Upon hire:
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible and where applicable

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant experience and other factors. This is the base pay range; additional compensation may be available (e.g., shift differentials, on-call, overtime, bonuses).
